Rule 16
Any Particular Person May Be Inquired
(1) If the Tribunal is satisfied with the fact that it is necessary to inquire any particular person in the course of proceeding of any case filed before the Tribunal, it may issue order to such a person to appear before it by specifying a  reasonable period of time.
(2) If an order has been passed by the Tribunal under Sub-rule (1), the concerned person shall have to appear before the Tribunal.
